Luo Jianli, born in May 1980 in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, holds a doctor's degree in management from Southeast University. He is now vice president, professor and master's supervisor of Business School of Wenzhou University, honorary Senior Research Fellow of Exeter University, UK, postdoctoral fellow of China Rural Development Research Institute of Zhejiang University, and director of the fifth Zhejiang agricultural economic society, Executive director of Wenzhou Agricultural Economic Association. They are the main research members of Wenzhou People's Economic Research Center, world Wenzhou People's research center and business, nature and value research center of Exeter University. In 2013 and 2014, they were selected into the "151 talent project of Zhejiang Province" and "551 talent project of Wenzhou City", respectively. In 2017, they were selected into the first batch of "100 young backbone talents of Social Sciences" in Wenzhou City.

[research direction]: rural cooperative organization, technological innovation management, agricultural product supply chain, etc., and presided over more than 10 projects such as National Natural Science Foundation of China, national philosophy and Social Science Foundation of China, humanities and Social Science Foundation of the Ministry of education, Zhejiang social science foundation, Zhejiang Natural Science foundation, China doctoral foundation, etc. In recent years, as the first author, he has published more than 20 papers in SSCI (food policy, etc.), Journal of systems engineering, scientific research management, etc. He is an expert of NSFC and an anonymous expert of Emerging Markets Finance and trade, economic modeling, international review of economics and finance, International Journal of pattern recognition and artificial intelligence, Asian economic and financial review, African Journal of business management and other SSCI journals.
