Lin Li, female, Han nationality, born in 1969 in Pingyang, Zhejiang Province, holds a master's degree in economics. She started work in 1992 and is a master's supervisor. He is now a distinguished professor in Oujiang of Wenzhou University, the director of the Institute of international economics of Wenzhou University, the director of international economy and trade of characteristic specialty (first-class specialty) of Zhejiang Province, the director of Innovation Experimental Zone of business talent cultivation of Wenzhou University, and the special researcher of Wenzhou People's Economic Research Center and world Wenzhou People's research center, the key research base of Social Sciences, humanities and social sciences of Zhejiang Province. In 2002, 2005 and 2008, they were selected into the "551" talent project of Wenzhou City, the "151" talent project of Zhejiang Province, and the "four batch" talents of Wenzhou City. In 2013, they were selected as the young and middle-aged discipline leaders of Zhejiang Province. He also serves as Deputy Secretary General of Wenzhou economic society, member of the Standing Committee of Wenzhou Municipal Committee of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference, special researcher of Wenzhou decision making Advisory Committee, etc.

The main research direction is regional opening and enterprise internationalization. In recent years, he has presided over one national social science fund project, five provincial and ministerial level projects, more than 10 department and bureau level projects, published more than 40 related papers, including 7 first-class authoritative journals, 2 independent monographs, and 6 teaching materials; He has won the third prize of excellent achievements of the first Zhejiang Federation of Social Sciences, the Department and bureau level Social Science Achievements Award (one first prize, four second prizes and one third prize).
