Chen Mingzhuo, male, Fuzhou University, Ph.D. lecturer, graduated from the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, mainly focuses on energy economy, low carbon economy and sustainable development economy. His research interests include "one belt and one road" national energy cooperation, China's energy structure transformation, transformation of traditional energy enterprises, smart city and carbon emissions of enterprises. He has many years of working experience in the enterprise, participated in a number of national topics, published several journal papers, dozens of critical articles as the first author, and participated in writing a monograph.
